Happy New Year and congratulations to the many couples who got engaged this holiday season! It is a very special time of year, and sharing this exciting news with your family and friends makes it even more memorable.

In the wedding world January brings with it wedding shows to help newly engaged (and not so newly engaged couples) plan their special day. The Creative Bride is excited to be participating in The Wedding Ring's Bridal Expo this weekend, January 4 and 5, and the Wedding Trends Wedding Show next weekend, January 11 and 12.

The Wedding Ring's Bridal Expo is taking place at The Waterloo Inn from 11:00am to 5:00pm Saturday January 4 and Sunday January 5. If you register online for the show you can get in FREE! You may do so by clicking HERE.

December Weddings

Around this time of year we often get asked if it is possible to have a December wedding, that is not Christmas-y. The answer is simple . . . yes! 

It is a beautiful time of year, where friends and family are near, there is snow on the ground, and there is something special in the air! Selecting the right decor for your December wedding is what will make your wedding your wedding and NOT a Christmas party.
